WiB: The Genesis Story
How the Women in Business Network was Conceived and Birthed.
It all
began with a
Hazon Vision formed of divine purpose.
Women in Business is part of a larger vision of global scale marketplace-driven Transformation Impact, inspired by the Holy Spirit, based directly upon God's prohetic word about the church (spiritual Israel) in Isaiah 60 and 61.
This led to the founding of SMARTR -
a US Strategic Business Development and Consulting firm focused on technology-based sustainability and climate transformation, as well as alternative venture capital funding solutions.
Women in Business is a new global network and community of "faith-first" women entrepreneurs, committed to success in business, God's Way.

Robin Belle

Women in Business | God's Way (WiB) was inspired in Robin in 2024, as a key component of the Climate Transformation Acceleration ecosystem solution being built out by SMARTR. Robin is a lifelong entrepreneur in the "Digital" (software) and "Financial" (venture funding) arenas and is also a contracted Venture Funding Facilitator/Consultant for a US investment bank.
Monique Medford

A longstanding Human Resource Management professional, Monique has a record of ably supporting women's entry into and advancement in the corporate office arena. She has work with the largest financial services company in the Caribbean.
Michael Grimes

Michael is an established and experienced Accounting, Audit and Corporate Services professional, who has held senior positions with three of the world's "Top4" accounting firms. He serves clients large, medium and small, including a few Non-Profits, in the Caribbean and internationally.

Anthony Francis-Worrell

Anthony is the founder of Versus Legal with over several years experience in the fields of Civil Litigation, Immigration Law, Corporate Law, Conveyance, Estate Planning, and Family Law. He is a former Barbados Exhibitionist and was called to the Barbados Bar in 2010. He has served as an advisor on several panels and Boards and as a lecturer and tutor at the University of the West Indies.
